Pregnancy yoga classes
Pregnancy yoga classes give you and your unborn baby a precious moment to yourselves. The nurturing practice that creates a wonderful physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Combining beautiful flowing movements with stress releasing breath, pregnancy yoga unlocks energy and boosts vitality; relieves many pregnancy-related ailments; and helps you prepare for an active labour and birth.
Meanwhile my postnatal classes combine a focus on gently rebuilding of your strength, easing tension and bonding with your baby through gentle movement and playful engagement for them too.
I am available for pre and postnatal yoga classes and would happily teach a small group of you if you’ve made some new mum friends.
I am also trained in baby massage which I love, and am happy to add that into the mix.
